Video instrucion for GUO067 not chipper 1.5inch branch and engine died


Q:when trying a branch that is 1.5 inches it kills the engine.  The product description says that it will do up to 3 inches.  The description was misleading. 

A:We need to put the branches in one section at a time,don't just throw them in,and then check whether the engine power is turned to the maximum.
In addition,we need to pay attention to the length of the branch,when hearing the obvious sounds that motor decrease the speed,we need to pull out the brance wait for the speed up then push in.(see attached video)
