Tugger not turning on GUO098

Q:Tugger stopped moving,the battery button turns on correctly and the battery checker shows a charged battery but the tugger will not move.

After replacing a new forward/Reverse Swtich,it still won't move.

A:Please check the wiring as per the attachment. If the situations still makes the tugger unable to operate normally,the controller needs to be replaced.
