Free Shipping – We've Got You Covered:

We're excited to offer free shipping to all states within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico) and Canada. (as of 11/02/23) No hidden charges at checkout - it's on us!

 

Shipping Methods and Speedy Delivery:

We're all about getting your order to you as quickly as possible! That's why we partner up with reliable couriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Generally, we'll ship out your goodies within 1-2 business days and aim for them to hit your doorstep within 3-4 business days, location depending.

A Note on Amazon Fulfillment: Sometimes, you might notice your package arrives in an Amazon box. No worries, there's no funny business going on here! We use Amazon Fulfillment services to enhance our shipping process. So, you'll still get the same great SuperHandy products, just shipped from Amazon's rock-solid fulfillment centers. And just to set the record straight, we're definitely not dropshippers. We're all about giving you the best service, no matter which box it arrives in!
 

Busy Times Call for Patience:

During peak seasons or holidays, shipping may take a little longer than usual. Don't worry, though! We'll keep you updated and informed if there are any delays with your order.

 

Order Tracking – Stay in the Loop:

Once your order has hit the road, we'll send you an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. That way, you can easily keep tabs on the journey of your goodies and anticipate their arrival.

  

International Shipping Update:

We're excited to announce that our customers in Canada can now enjoy our products too! We have a variety of our stock readily available within Canada, while other items may ship from the United States. Typically, we ask that you allow 7-10 days for delivery. However, during peak seasons, shipping may extend up to 14 days. We're working diligently to ensure your order arrives as promptly as possible, and we're grateful for your patience during these busier times. Thank you for choosing us for your needs
