Operation Guide

Preparation

1.1 Check that all components are securely fastened in place.

1.2 Fill the engine with gasoline and oil. Fill the gasoline tank to 2/3 or the upper part of the tank screen.

1.3 Fill the ramming chamber with oil according to the manual. Fill to the upper part of the observation window. (It is recommended to fill multiple times and let it stand for a while during the filling process, as there may be air in the cavity causing the oil level to falsely appear high.)

1.4 Move the machine to the work area and remove the auxiliary wheels.

Machine Startup

2.1 Set the engine oil switch to ON, adjust the throttle to CHOKE, and wait for a while to ensure that the carburetor is filled with gasoline.

2.2 Slightly increase the throttle handle without fully opening to avoid the machine jumping after starting.

(The clutch pulley will start when the engine speed is greater than 1600 rpm.)

2.3 Turn on the engine power switch.

2.4 Pull start the engine, after starting, set the throttle to RUN, idle for a while to let the engine warm up.

2.5 Adjust the throttle handle to let the impact ram run at low speed for 2-3 minutes, observe for any abnormalities, and ensure that the oil lubricates all components.

3.Precautions

3.1 When starting the engine, be cautious of the machine tilting, as there will be an instant high speed. The machine may jump, so stabilize it. 3.2 Do not use the machine on a hard surface for a long time, as it may damage the telescopic protective cover. 3.3 After the initial use, replace the engine oil. This will eliminate aluminum shavings and other foreign objects from the break-in period, improving the machine's lifespan. Refer to the engine maintenance method. 3.4 The force applied to hold the machine during normal operation should not be too strong; otherwise, the vibration may be uncomfortable. The machine's balance is good. 3.5 Note that this terminal must not be grounded to the machine, otherwise, the engine will not start.
