Customer misconceptions on GUT155 joystick

Question:
1、Customer told joystick doesn't work,The battery is charged and turned on, everything is connected, the breaks are off and the chair is turned on. However, the joystick just wobbles around and will not work. The power lights just keep blinking.
2、 Another YouTube stated that if the lights blink 3 times in a row (as mine is doing) that it means there’s a short in the motor.  Could this be what’s wrong with my chair?

Suggestion :Our technician said that we need to confirm whether customer's drive wheels are in neutral mode. There are two modes of the wheelchair, drive mode and neutral mode.
In neutral mode, the wheelchair needs to be pushed manually, and the joystick will make sounds and light up, but the wheelchair cannot be started by operating the joystick.
Some customers will mistakenly think that there is something wrong with the joystick and asked us to resend a new joystick.

First video shows the issue customer met, second video are taken by factory can be as the instruction to the customer. Second video shows two modes of the wheelchair.
The first 30 seconds show the state "drive mode" "both levels upward" state. At this time, the wheelchair can be operated by joystick.
Starting from the 31st second, it switches to the "neutral mode" "Push both levels downward" state. At this time, the joystick still has sounds and the light is on. In this state, the wheelchair needs to be pushed manually and cannot be operated by the joystick.
If customer's wheelchair can be operated in drive mode and the joystick has sounds and light in neutral mode, it is normal and the motor is not damaged.
